Self-reflection is not the finish line
Helping thoughtful people bridge the gap between self-understanding and meaningful change.

Make Sense
Insight can reveal the origin of a pattern but may not create change. We begin by exploring why you developed certain ways of coping, and how those patterns shape your life today.
Feel Understood
Change happens in relationship. I offer a place to explore difficult experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Feeling understood creates the safety needed to explore, experiment, and grow.
Move Forward
Understanding yourself is only the beginning. Lasting change happens when your choices, relationships, and daily life begin to reflect what you’ve come to understand about yourself.

The value of therapy
Many people spend years reading, researching, journaling, or searching for answers before beginning therapy. Lasting change rarely comes from gathering more information alone. It comes from exploring your experiences with someone who notices what you might overlook, asks different questions, and helps you translate insight into everyday life.
The Bend and Bloom approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative. My role isn’t to tell you who you should become, but to understand who you already are. Together we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped your life, understand why they developed, and discover ways of moving forward that reflect what matters most to you.

Nice to officially meet you.
I’m Rebekah Greilick, MA, LLP.
You’ve already heard a lot about how I approach therapy before learning my name. That may seem backwards, but I wanted you to know how I think before deciding whether you’d like to work with me.
Personal Philosophy
I want to understand who you are before we identify what needs to change. Every person develops ways of coping that make sense in the context of their experiences. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns that are difficult to see from the inside.
I try to create a space where you can think honestly, laugh when it’s appropriate, challenge yourself, and feel understood and accepted.
